VEGAN CHOCOLATE FONDUE
Chocolate fondue is super simple to make for a fun interactive family dessert or date night experience at home. It's also a great way to get your chocolate fix on Valentine's Day!

Steps:
- Into an electric fondue pot set on medium heat or a medium-size saucepan on the stovetop, add chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, water, and vanilla bean paste.
- Stir frequently until chocolate and butter are melted and the overall consistency is smooth.
- Stir in tapioca starch and continue cooking until smooth and thickened.
- Reduce heat to the lowest setting and serve immediately with your favorite dippers.

VEGAN CHOCOLATE FONDUE
This vegan chocolate fondue is rich, decadent and delightfully dairy-free! The perfect dessert for a date night, party or just as a quick and easy treat.

Steps:
- Set up a 'double boiler': Bring a small sauce pan of water to a boil. Turn down the heat to a low simmer and place a heatproof bowl on top of the pan.TIP: The water level in the pan should be low enough so the bowl on top does not make contact with the boiling water.
- Place the chocolate, oat milk, maple syrup and vegan butter in the bowl.
- Stir regularly while the chocolate and vegan butter are melting and combining with the oat milk and syrup into a smooth, thick and glossy chocolate fondue.
- If the mixture is too thick for your taste or if you notice some oil separating, stir in a small amount of extra oat milk.
- Transfer to a fondue set or small individual dishes for serving. Serve warm with your dippers of choice.

- Melt vegan margarine, vegan chocolate , and soy milk together in a saucepan over very low heat, or use a double-boiler to ensure the chocolate doesn't burn.
- Once melted, remove from heat, add the rest of the ingredients, combine well and transfer to a fondue pot to keep warm. Serve with fresh fruit, pound cake, or sweet bread.

- Combine the chocolate chips, soy milk, vanilla extract, and almond extract in a slow cooker.
- Turn the cooker on "high" and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chips are completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Serve in a fondue pot, or in the slow cooker set on "low", with assorted bite size food for dipping (strawberries, bananas, pineapple, pretzels, cookies, brownies, etc.).

- In a heavy saucepan, combine the first five ingredients; cook and stir over medium heat until chips are melted. Remove from heat. In a small bowl, whisk a small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks; return all to pan, whisking constantly. Cook and stir until a thermometer reads 160°., Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with cake and fruit.
