1 cup butter, softened
1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
  • Add flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Roll into balls about 1 1/2 teaspoonfuls (or use cookie scoop) and place onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly because they do not flatten much while cooking.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.

1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Beat first four ingredients until blended. Add vanilla; beat in eggs one at a time. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into peanut butter mixture (dough will be sticky). Stir in chocolate chips., Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with a glass. , Bake cookies until set and tops are cracked, 8-10 minutes. 1/2 cup butter, softened

Refrigerate 3-4 hours or until firm. , Preheat oven to 350°. Unwrap dough and cut into 1/4-in. slices. Place 2 in. apart on lightly greased baking sheets. 1/2 cup unsalted butter or 1/2 cup regular butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate piece
3/4 cup honey-roasted peanuts
3/4 cup coarsely chopped bite-size chocolate-covered peanut butter cups (about 15)

Steps:

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer for 30 seconds. Add the sugars, baking soda and salt. Beat until combined, scraping sides of the bowl occasionally.
  • 2. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. Using the mixer, beat in as much of the flour as you can. Stir in remaining flour by hand. Stir in the chocolate pieces, peanuts and peanut butter cups.
  • 3. Drop by generously rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake the cookies in a 350° oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool. Makes about 30 cookies.

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
Additional sugar
PEANUT BUTTER TOPPING:
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter, softened
CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons 2% milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add flour to creamed mixture and mix well., Shape into 3/4-in. balls. Coat bottom of a glass with cooking spray, then dip it in sugar. Flatten cookies with prepared glass, redipping glass in sugar as needed. Place on baking sheets. Bake until set, 12-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., In a small bowl, beat the brown sugar, peanut butter and butter until smooth. Spread 1 teaspoon over each cookie. Combine glaze ingredients; gently spread 3/4 teaspoon over each peanut butter layer. Store in a single layer in airtight containers.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350°.

1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup quick oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until creamy and well mixed. Add sugars and beat until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, and soda. Mix well and then add to wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and press down slightly with floured fork.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until turning golden around edges. Remove and let cool on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes to firm up.
  • Remove to baking rack and let cool completely before storing (or eat a lot of them while warm!).
