AWESOME CHEESY HOT CRAB DIP
I got this recipe from a Southern Living Magazine a couple of years ago. It was an instant favorite, and I get so many requests for the recipe that I figured I would make it easy on myself and just post it. I usually use more Old Bay, Tabasco, and scallions than it says, cause I like a little extra kick. It really is AWESOME, especially with crusty french bread.

Steps:
- Blend cream cheese and mayo until creamy.
- Add lemon juice, Tabasco, and scallions; mix.
- Add old bay, salt, pepper and crab meat; mix.
- Put in baking dish and top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until cheese starts to brown.
- Can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before cooking.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, seafood seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl; stir to combine.
- Drain crab; pick out and discard any shells. Add crab to cream cheese mixture, along with bell peppers and onion; mix thoroughly. Transfer into a baking dish and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Turn on the broiler and broil until the top is a nice golden brown color, about 5 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.
- In a large bowl, using a hand mixer beat the cream cheese until creamy.
- Add mayonnaise, sour cream, ¾ cup cheddar cheese, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, old bay seasoning, cayenne, salt and pepper. Beat again on medium speed until well combined.
- Fold in the crab meat with a spatula.
- Transfer the mixture to a pan, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until it's bubbly and the cheese is lightly golden.
- Garnish with sliced green onions, serve warm with crackers and chopped veggie sticks.
