This homemade version of the famous Pink Drink is quick and easy to make. Once the tea steeps and cools, the refreshing drink comes together in just about 5 minutes.

Ingredients

1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries
1 tea bag acai berry tea
2 tablespoons agave syrup
1/2 cup coconut milk (see Cook's Note)

Steps:

Crush half the freeze-dried strawberries into a coarse powder using the back of a spoon or a small food processor.
Brew the tea in 8 ounces hot water, then stir in the agave syrup and crushed strawberries while the water is still hot. Let steep and cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Remove the tea bag from the brewed tea. Fill a large glass with ice, then add the tea mixture, coconut milk and remaining freeze-dried strawberries and stir.

Ingredients

2-1/2 quarts water
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 cinnamon stick (3 inches)
1/2 teaspoon whole cloves

Steps:

In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the water, sugar and juices. Place cinnamon stick and cloves on a double thickness of cheesecloth; bring up corners of cloth and tie with kitchen string to form a bag. Place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through. Discard spice bag.
