BACON CHEESEBURGER PIZZA

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Cook onion, ground beef and pepper in 8-inch skillet over medium-high heat 8-12 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Drain off fat.
- Add pizza sauce. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes.
- Place baked pizza crust onto ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet. Top crust with ground beef mixture, Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and bacon.
- Bake 8-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with dill pickles.

- Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain and set aside., Place crust on an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Spread with pizza sauce. Top with beef mixture, bacon, pickles and cheeses. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning. Bake at 450° for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

BACON CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
The secret to this delicious pizza is to pre-bake your crust firstly and brown your beef well, then top as stated in directions and bake just to heat through and until the cheese has melted. This is a hearty pizza that can be made using store-bought refrigerated pizza dough or homemade, just make certain to pre-bake the crust before topping. This can also be made using a store-bought Boboli pizza crust. The success of this recipe will also depend on your pizza sauce, I use my recipe#65641 it is a hearty full-flavored pizza sauce that works well for this recipe and of coarse any pizza! You can add in some green bell peppers and jalapeno peppers to the ground beef mixture also if desired. The ingredient amounts are enough for one 12-inch pizza, you can double the complete recipe to make two if desired.

- Pre-bake the pizza crust in a 400 degrees oven until golden brown and baked.
- Place the pizza crust on a pizza pan or baking sheet (if you already baked your crust on a pizza pan then leave on the pan).
- In a skillet cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until browned (the beef must be well browned, this might take about 10-12 minutes) drain fat then season with seasoned salt, black pepper and 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
- Add in the pizza sauce; reduce heat to low and cook stirring for 5 minutes.
- Top the cusrt with the cooked ground beef mixture, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then mozzeralla cheese.
- Top with cooked crumbled bacon.
- Bake 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes.

BACON CHEESEBURGER SHEET PAN PIZZA
If you love bacon cheeseburgers and you love pizza, this is the pizza of your dreams! I created this years ago because we just couldn't get a good pizza where we live. I didn't have pepperoni or Italian sausage or fresh mushrooms, but I did have bacon, hamburger, dill pickles and cheese. Viola! A great pizza was created and promptly devoured. The mustard may sound strange, but don't leave it out. It really is good!

- In a large skillet, fry bacon over medium heat until crisp; remove bacon to paper towels; set aside.
- Drain all but 1 tablespoon grease from skillet and set skillet aside; dispose of excess grease (or store in refrigerator for another use.)
- Add ground beef, onions, ground black pepper and salt to skillet.
- Cook over medium/medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked and no trace of pink remains. (Just to be absolutely sure that the beef is thoroughly cooked, you may cover skillet with lid or foil, reduce heat to medium and cook an extra minute or two.)
- Shut off heat and drain mixture thoroughly in a strainer.
- Return cooked beef to skillet or heat resistant bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to top pizza.
- Pour both crust mixes into bowl and prepare as directed on package. (The brand that I use requires 1/2 cup warm water per package.)
- Generously grease an 18"x13" sheet pan with olive oil. (Occasionally, I'll sprinkle a teaspoon of plain cornmeal evenly over the oil to help prevent sticking.)
- After dough has rested for time required by package instructions, fold dough over onto itself 3 or 4 times; shape dough into a ball and place on prepared sheet pan.
- Pat and stretch dough out to to completely cover bottom of pan and slightly up the sides and corners (this takes some time and patience as it may want to snap back; keep at it, it will eventually behave.)
- Using fingertips, lightly tap and poke at the dough to even out the thickness.
- Place oven rack in lowest position and preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Evenly spoon sauce over dough.
- Squirt mustard in streaks or swirls on top of the sauce.
- Place pickle slices evenly on top.
- Crumble bacon into approximately 1 inch pieces; distribute evenly over pickle layer.
- Sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
- Evenly distribute beef and onion mixture over top.
- Evenly sprinkle with cheddar cheese and then the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake on lowest rack at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes, rotating after first 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Run a knife all the way around the edge of pizza to loosen from pan.
- Cut into squares with pizza wheel and/or knife; use metal egg or fish turner to loosen bottom of pizza from pan and transfer to plates.
- Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
BACON CHEESEBURGER UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA
This is a great recipe! Even my picky toddler will eat it! It's quick and easy, and the whole family will gobble it up.

- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown; drain. Crumble and set aside 2 slices. Crumble remaining 6 slices.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, saute the beef, onion and bell pepper until beef is browned. Drain, and stir in the 6 slices crumbled bacon and pizza sauce. Spoon mixture into an ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with tomatoes and top with the cheese.
- In a medium bowl, beat the eggs slightly. Mix in milk and oil, then add the flour and salt. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour evenly over the meat mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining bacon.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until topping is lightly puffed and deep, golden brown.
