8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into chunks
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup all-purpose flour

Steps:

Adjust an oven rack to the middle position and heat the oven to 350 Degrees. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil then coat lightily with vegetable oil spray. Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave, stirring often, 1 to 3 minutes. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Whisk the sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl until combined. Whisk in the melted chocolate mixture until smooth. Stir in the flour until no streaks remain.
Scrape the butter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few crumbs attached, 22 to 27 minutes.
Let cool completely on a wire rack to room temperature, about 2 hours, before removing the brownies from the pan using the foil and cutting into squares.

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 9-inch square, 2-inch-deep baking dish with foil, leaving an overhang; butter the foil. Make the brownie layer: Beat the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed until creamy, 4 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla; mix until combined. Reduce the mixer speed to low; beat in the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Spread in the prepared pan.
Make the cookie layer: Beat the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a clean bowl with a mixer on medium speed until creamy, 4 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined. Reduce the mixer speed to low; beat in the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in the chocolate chips. Gently spoon and spread the cookie dough on top of the brownie batter. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Transfer to a rack and let cool completely in the pan.
Make the cereal-treat layer: Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the marshmallows; stir until melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the cereal. Let cool slightly. Butter your hands, then press the cereal mixture on top of the cookie layer. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Cut into squares.

1 cup butter, softened
⅔ cup brown sugar
⅔ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups quick-cooking oats
2 cups chocolate chips, divided

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat butter and sugars with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Blend in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in oats and 1 cup chocolate chips.
Spread batter evenly in an ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup chocolate chips evenly on top.
Bake in the preheated oven until edges are browned and center is light brown, 20 to 22 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool completely before cutting into 24 bars.
