2 tbsp chana dal
2 tbsp urad dal
3 dried red chilli
1 cup coconut (grated)
small ball sized tamarind
2 tsp jaggery
1 tsp salt
¼ cup curd
3 cup water
½ cup maida / plain flour
½ cup corn flour
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp chaat masala
1 tsp ginger paste
½ tsp salt
¾ cup water
oil (for frying)
water
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp chana dal
1 tsp urad dal
few curry leaves
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 chilli (slit)
2 clove garlic (crushed)
1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut (grated)
2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
2 tbsp lemon juice

Steps:

  • firstly, peel the petals and collect the florets.
  • now clean the florets and set aside florets, petals(chop) and heart(chop).
