BBQ CHICKEN WONTON CUPS RECIPE
BBQ Chicken wonton cups are easy to make but impressive to look at. Serve at your next game day party or other gathering.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place wonton wrappers into a mini muffin pan. Use a tart shaper to press them into the pan. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add chicken and bbq sauce and mix well to combine. Use a 1 tablespoon portion scoop to place chicken mixture into each wonton wrapper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until hot.
- Remove from oven and top with cheese and onions before serving.

ASIAN BBQ CHICKEN WONTONS
Steps:
- Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Next, grab a standard size muffin pan and flip it upside down. Lightly spray the bottom side of each muffin cup with non-stick cooking spray.
- Then, drape a wonton over each cup and lightly spray the wontons themselves.
- Place the upside down muffin pan with wontons in the oven and bake for about 4-5 minutes.
- While the wontons are baking, mix the cole slaw with 1/2 the bottle of the Ginger salad dressing.
- Chop the cilantro into small pieces and add to the cole slaw mixture, stir to combine.
- Warm up the pre-cooked BBQ chicken in the microwave according to the package instructions. If you made your own, have that warm and ready.
- Place all the baked wontons on a serving platter or plate right side up.
- Proceed to fill each cooked wonton with a scoop of BBQ chicken, about 1/2 way full.
- Next, spoon and top the chicken with the cole slaw mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Cook up your chicken breasts; then chop into small pieces. Preheat your oven to 375° F Combine the chicken, barbecue sauce, and ranch dressing in a medium sized bowl Spray your muffin tins with non-stick spray. Place a wonton wrap in each section and gently press it down to the bottom Place a small spoonful of barbecue-ranch chicken mixture on top of each wrap. Then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top Then re-layer again: wonton, chicken mixture, cheese. (Each cup will have two layers of all ingredients.) Cook at 375°F for 18-20 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
CHARMIE'S BUFFALO CHICKEN WONTONS
There are a few recipes out there for these, but I don't really like bleu cheese, so this recipe uses cream cheese. A nice combination of hot and cool flavors!! You can even used leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.

Steps:
- Mix the chicken with the hot sauce and garlic.
- Mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
- NOTE: all amounts are suggested; feel free to adjust to your personal preference.
- Put about a tsp into the center of a wonton, seal edges using a little water. Keep covered until all wontons are done.
- Heat oil to about 325º.
- Fry wontons, a few at a time, until lightly brown and crisp.
- Serve with bleu cheese or ranch salad dressing for dipping.
- NOTE: The filling can be made the day ahead and refrigerated, and the flavor intensifies.

MEMPHIS WONTONS
A mashup of Southern BBQ with an Asian twist. This was inspired by my time living in Memphis, where you can get the world's best meats cooked low and slow.

Steps:
- Mix pulled pork and onion together in a bowl.
- Spoon pork mixture, about 1 teaspoon per wonton, onto the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten 2 of the 4 sides of each wrapper with water and fold wrapper over filling, forming a triangle. Press to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) or until almost smoking.
- Working in batches, fry wontons in the hot oil until golden brown, about 1 minute. Transfer cooked wontons to crumpled paper towels. Serve immediately with barbeque sauce.
