BEEF & CHEESE FOLDOVER
All-purpose baking mix makes a quick and easy crust for this cheesy ground beef mixture.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain. Return to skillet. Stir in corn, ketchup and steak sauce; set aside.
- Add water to baking mix; stir until mixture forms dough. Shape into ball. Place on lightly floured surface; knead 5 times or until smooth and no longer sticky. Roll into 12-inch circle; transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spoon meat mixture onto center of dough; spread to within 2 inches of edge. Fold edge of dough over meat, leaving center uncovered.
- Bake 20 min. Top filling with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted. Sprinkle with parsley.

- Brown meat and onion. Drain. Stir in barbecue sauce. Set aside. Heat oven to. 375. Unroll crescent rolls into 4 long rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet. Over lap long sides, press firmly. Pat to form 15 x 13 rectangle spread mixture lengthwise in 4 inch strip down centre of dough. Top meat with cheese slices. Fold shorter sides of dough 1 inch over filling, bring long sides together pinching to seal. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, blend feta cheese, green onions, and egg. Cut pastry into 12 (3 inch) squares. Place a mounded tablespoon of feta mixture in the center of each square. Moisten edges with water, and fold pastry over filling to form a triangle. Press edges together firmly with a fork to seal. Lightly brush pastries with the egg yolk mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- In a skillet, brown meat and onions over medium heat; drain.
- Stir in sauce, then set aside.
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- On an ungreased cookie sheet, unroll crescent rolls into 4 triangles, overlapping on the long sides.
- Firmly press perforations and edges to seal, and pat to form 15x13" rectangle.
- Spread meat mixture lengthwise in a 4" wide strip down the center of dough to within 1" of ends.
- Top meat with cheese.
- Fold sides and ends of dough 1" over filling.
- Bring long ends over, crimping the edges.
- Pinch edges to seal.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
