4 cups bite-size pasta, uncooked
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 can (8 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, cook and stir steak in 2 Tbsp. of the dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. or until steak is browned on all sides. Stir in tomatoes with their liquid, the onions, peppers, mushrooms and remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 min. or until onions and peppers are crisp-tender. Remove from heat.
  • Top with CHEEZ WHIZ; cover. Let stand 2 to 3 min. or until CHEEZ WHIZ is melted. Serve over pasta.

1 ¼ lb Lean Ground Beef Sirloin*
2 cans (19 oz/540 mL EACH) Italian or chili-style tomatoes
1 package (approx. 250 g) refrigerated ravioli
2 cup baby spinach
1 cup pitted ripe olives, chopped
Feta, Parmesan or Tex Mex cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Pan-fry ground beef over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and completely cooked. Drain. Stir in tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2. Meanwhile cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
  • 3. Stir ravioli, spinach and olives into beef mixture; heat through. Top each serving with some crumbled or grated cheese before serving.
  • *Other options: Lean Ground Round or Chuck, Extra Lean Ground Round or Sirloin, Lean/Extra Lean Ground Beef

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) beef broth
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1-1/2 cups picante sauce
1 cup uncooked spiral or small shell pasta
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, cook the beef, onion and garlic until meat is not longer pink; drain. Add the broth, tomatoes, picante sauce, pasta, green pepper, chili powder and parsley. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. , Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Garnish with cheese and tortilla chips.
