BEEF-STUFFED FRENCH BREAD
Say you're in the mood for a few small one-bite open sandwiches made with baguette slices. And you're not afraid to do some basic cooking, that is. You can pan-fry beef sirloin, stuff it inside a half baguette, flavor everything with garlic, bake it, and THEN slice the bread. What about that? Are you in?

FRENCH BREAD STUFFED WITH BEEF
A wonderful lady in Spanish Fork, Utah shared this recipe with me-it fed her large farm family, and now I serve it to my family and friends. Using Colorado beef and an Idaho potato makes this hearty sandwich a real Western meal! If you have a leftover baked potato from dinner, this is a perfect way to use it.

BEEF-STUFFED FRENCH BREAD
This is like a loose meat sandwich. A local drive in diner serves these but they close during the winter. I was thrilled when I found this redcipe in the Taste of Home magazine so that I now can enjoy this sandwich year round.
