Freeze a blend of French vanilla yogurt and fresh strawberries and blackberries to make our delicious berry pops.

1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt
1 cup quartered fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh blackberries

Steps:

  • In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour mixture evenly into freezer pop molds. Freeze at least 8 hours or overnight.

Simple and wholesome popsicles. My mom used to help us make these when we were kids and I still enjoy them years later. Use honey as an alternate sweetener, and blend the fruit to be either chunky or smooth.

2 cups fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and sliced bananas, mixed
2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
¼ cup white sugar
8 small paper cups
8 popsicle sticks

Steps:

  • Place the mixed blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sliced bananas, yogurt, and sugar into a blender. Cover, and blend until fruit is chunky or smooth, as desired.
  • Fill paper cups 3/4 full with fruit mixture. Cover the top of each cup with a strip of aluminum foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the center of the foil on each cup.
  • Place the cups in the freezer for at least 5 hours. To serve, remove foil and peel off the paper cup.

Sugar substitute equivalent to 1/3 cup sugar
1 cup cold water, divided
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed and drained
2 cups fat-free strawberry or vanilla yogurt
16 Popsicle molds or paper cups (3 ounces each) and Popsicle sticks

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the sweetener and 3/4 cup cold water. Combine gelatin and the remaining water in a saucepan; let stand for 2 minutes. Heat until gelatin is dissolved; remove from the heat., In batches, place the strawberries, sweetened water, gelatin mixture and yogurt in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Fill molds or cups with about 1/4 cup strawberry mixture; top with holders or insert sticks into cups. Freeze.

Add the strips of lemon zest to the pan, lower the heat to medium, and simmer for 5 minutes. Let the syrup cool to room temperature. Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve, then refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
  • Add the yogurt and honey to the chilled syrup and stir until thoroughly combined. Place some of the sweetened yogurt mixture into each of the molds, pouring to a height of about 3/4 inch. Freeze until the mixture begins to set, about 40 minutes.
  • If the blackberries are big, cut them in half. Divide the blackberries among the molds, then pour in the remaining yogurt mixture, dividing it evenly among the molds. (To make marbled pops, see the headnote above, just beneath the picture.)
