I've been told many many times that it is better than any steakhouse, so here you go. Enjoy and pass it on. It works best with Fillet Mignon but you can substitute for a different cut. Please make sure it is LOW SODIUM Montreal Steak Seasoning as the Maggi seasoning contains salt. If you can't find the Maggi sauce, you can also use soy sauce, preferably the low sodium kind.

- Combine all ingredients in a plastic ziploc bag.
- Marinate for about 20 to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Take it out of refrigerator 5 to 10 min before cooking time.
- Grill or broil to desired temperature.

Steps:
- Combine soy, oil, sugar, Worcestershire, garlic, chives, and pepper in medium bowl. Remove 1/4 cup marinade and combine with vinegar in small bowl; set aside.
- Place remaining marinade and steaks in gallon-size zipper-lock bag; press out as much air as possible and seal bag. Refrigerate 1 hour, flipping bag after 30 minutes to ensure that steaks marinate evenly.
- Remove steaks from marinade, letting any excess marinade drip back into bag. Discard bag and marinade. Grill steaks as desired.
- Transfer steaks to shallow pan and pour reserved marinade over top. Tent loosely with foil and let rest 10 minutes, turning meat halfway through. Slice steak or serve whole, passing reserved marinade if desired.

- Pat the steaks dry. Add 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire to the one side. Add half of the seasoning and press down. Flip the steak and add the remaining Worcestershire and seasoning. All to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
