BING CHERRY AND CREAM CHEESE CONGEALED SALAD

Steps:

• Bring cherry juice to boiling point and add to gelatin powder in mixing bowl.
• Stir until dissolved and add Coke and lemon juice.
• Chill until partially set.
• Cut cheese into small dice or roll into small balls, and fold along with toasted nuts and cherries into chilled gelatin.
• Pour into mold or serving dish and chill until firm.
• NOTE: Cooking time refers to chilling time.

BING CHERRY CREAM CHEESE SALAD

Steps:

• In large bowl combine gelatin and hot water.
• Stir well till gelatin dissolves.
• Add the pineapple, do not drain, and cherry pie filling.Pour into 8x10 glass dish.
• Chill until set.
• Soften the cream cheese and mix well with the sugar.
• Blend in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
• Spread over gelatin mixture.
• Sprinkle with nuts.

BING CHERRY CONGEALED SALAD

Steps:

• In a sauce pan, combine reserved cherry juice and pineapple juice to equal 1 cup. Bring to boil, add gelatin and whisk together. Remove from heat and add cream cheese and blend together until smooth.
• Add cola and beat until mixture becomes fluffy. Fold in cherries, pineapple, and nuts. Pour into molded container, chill 6 to 8 hours or until firm.

Steps:

• Dissolve Jello in hot cherry juice.
• Add cold water.
• Allow to set until thickend.
• Cream the cheese until soft.
• Add nuts to cream cheese.
• Form into small balls and keep in freezer until Jello is ready.
• Fold in Cheese balls and pitted cherries.
• Chill in refrigerator until set.
