BISCUIT: IT'S SO FLUFFY! RECIPE BY TASTY

Here's what you need: all purpose flours, baking powder, kosher salt, unsalted butter, whole milk, Great Value® Organic Raw Honey, Great Value® Red Raspberry Preserves, fresh berry

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 all purpose flours
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold
¾ cup whole milk
¼ cup Great Value® Organic Raw Honey
18 oz Great Value® Red Raspberry Preserves
fresh berry, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Using your hands or a pastry cutter, work the butter into the dry ingredients until the butter breaks down to pea-sized pieces.
  • Add the milk and fold with a rubber spatula until fully incorporated and the dough comes together in a ball.
  • Scoop the dough into 12 portions onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush each biscuit with honey.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Serve the biscuits with raspberry preserves and berries.
  • Enjoy!
