CHERRY DELIGHT
Cherry delight is a classic crowd-pleaser that's sweet and simple. It's made with a buttery graham cracker crust, amazing cream cheese filling, and luscious cherry pie topping. This easy no-bake dessert recipe is perfect for sharing with your loved ones and is a great make ahead treat for potlucks, holidays and other celebrations!

Steps:
- Combine all crust ingredients and firmly press with fingers into a 9x9-inch pan or 9-inch pie dish.
- Using a stand or hand-held electric mixer, whip softened cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in the Cool Whip, confectioners' sugar, lemon juice and vanilla with the cream cheese until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over graham cracker crust.
- Pour cherry pie filling over cream cheese mixture and spread in an even layer. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour or overnight. I chill mine overnight for best results. The longer this dessert is refrigerated, the better it will set up.
- Cut into squares and serve!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the sugar and cream of tarter; beat until sugar is dissolved.
- Add crackers, nuts and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove from oven, cool and cut into squares. Top each serving with pie filling and whipped topping.

This is my mom's recipe. It is a family requested recipe that she usually makes for Christmas. She's even added green food coloring to the cool whip to give it the festive look.

Steps:
- Melt butter, pour into a 9 x 13 dish add graham cracker crumbs.
- Press in bottom of 9 x 13 forming a crust.
- Bake 350 degrees for 8 10 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Pour on top of cooled cracker crust smooth out.
- Pour cans of cherries on top of the cream cheese mixture then top the cherries with cool whip.
CHERRY DELIGHT
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and salt in a large bowl until combined. Press mixture evenly into bottom of an 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven until crust is toasty and edges are golden, 12 to 14 minutes. Transfer baking dish to a wire rack; let crust cool completely, about 45 minutes.
- Beat heavy whipping cream in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 1 minute. Set whipped cream aside. Beat cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Fold half of whipped cream into cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula until just combined; repeat with remaining whipped cream. Spoon cream cheese mixture into cooled crust; smooth top using a small offset spatula. Pour cherry pie filling over cream cheese layer, spreading to edges of cream cheese mixture. Cover and chill until filling is firm, about 2 hours. Cut into 10 bars, and serve immediately.
BLACK AND WHITE CHERRY DELIGHT SQUARES

- 1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.2. Sift together flour, cocoa, and salt. Beat butter and brown sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. On low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture. Spread half of the dough in prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with white chocolate chips. Press into dough. Cover with remaining dough. Arrange cherries on top making 4 rows of 4, about 2 inches apart.3. Melt chocolate chips in condensed milk. Stir in enough cherry juice to make a creamy topping. Cover each cherry with a heaping tablespoonful of topping. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Cut between cherries to make 2-inch squares.

- In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Pat into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 18-22 minutes or until edges are lightly browned., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the eggs, brown sugar, salt, baking powder and vanilla. Drain cherries, reserving 2 tablespoons juice; set juice aside. Chop cherries; add to brown sugar mixture. Stir in walnuts. Pour over crust and spread evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes longer or until set. Cool completely on a wire rack., For icing, combine confectioners' sugar and butter in a bowl. Add enough reserved cherry juice to achieve desired consistency; drizzle over bars. These may be frosted with an icing made from 2 cups powdered sugar, a slightly beaten egg white and 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice or water. You can use candied cherries in these cookies instead of the maraschinos, if you prefer.
