- Preheat the oven to 375 F. Grease a 9×13 inch pan. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup sugar, 3 cups flour, and baking powder. Mix in salt and lemon zest. Use a fork or pastry cutter to blend in the butter and egg. Dough will be crumbly. Pat half of dough into the prepared pan. In another bowl, stir together the sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Gently mix in the blueberries. Sprinkle the blueberry mixture evenly over the crust. Cream the cream cheese with sugar. Add beaten egg and vanilla. Stir well to combine. Drop by tablespoon over the blueberries. Crumble remaining dough over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until top is slightly brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch square baking dish.
- To make the crust: Cream shortening, sugar, one egg, milk and almond extract in a large bowl. Mix in flour and baking powder, stirring constantly. Spread crust evenly in baking pan. Top with blueberries.
- To make the topping: In a medium bowl, beat two eggs, and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar and almond extract. Spread over blueberries.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes, or until firm to the touch. Cool in pan before cutting.

- Combine cornstarch, sugar, water and blueberries in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened; cool. Combine cracker crumbs into bottom of foil-lined 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mash cream cheese until soft; beat in sugar and vanilla gradually. Fold in whipped topping; drop by spoonfuls over crumb mixture. Spread gently with spatula. Spread blueberry filling evenly over cheese mixture; spread with remaining cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture; chill overnight. Use foil to remove dessert from pan. Place dessert on platter; cut into squares. Yield: 15 servings.

- In a large bowl, mix the butter, sugar and brown sugar. Then stir in the baking soda, salt, flour and oatmeal until combined. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake for 13 minutes.
- While the bottom layer is baking, make the filling. Place the cream cheese in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk with a whisk to make sure it's mixed well. Then add the vanilla and egg yolk.
- Once the bottom layer is done baking, pour the cream cheese mixture over it and carefully spread it out. Add the berries on top of the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle the remaining oatmeal crumble on top and press it down lightly.
