Steps:
- Pour the espresso into 2 ice cube trays and freeze until solid, 3 to 4 hours.
- Combine the frozen espresso cubes, half-and-half, vodka, coffee liqueur, sugar and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream if using. Serve immediately.
APEROL SPRITZ MARTINI
Steps:
- Freeze a martini glass for 30 minutes. Combine the Aperol and vodka in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into the chilled martini glass. Top off with 4 to 6 tablespoons prosecco. Garnish with the orange twist, and serve immediately.
