BOURBON SWEET TEA

Steps:

• Combine the boiling water and sugar in a heatproof container and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
• Add the tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard.
• Pour the tea mixture into a heatproof pitcher or serving jar. Add the cold water, bourbon and ice. Stir well, and refrigerate until serving.
• To serve, divide between 16 ice-filled highball or Old Fashioned glasses.
• Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a mint sprig.

BOURBON SWEET TEA

Steps:

• In pitcher, mix tea, bourbon, lemon slices and mint sprigs.
• Fill 2 lowball glasses with ice. Pour tea mixture over ice.

SWEET TEA AND BOURBON COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Add the tea, bourbon and lemon juice in a tall glass and stir. Top with ice, mint leaves and a lemon wedge. Serve ice cold
• Boil 3 cups water, then remove from the heat and add 8 tea bags and mint leaves to steep.
• Cover and let them sit for 15 minutes.
• While the tea is still hot, add in the sugar and stir until dissolved.
• Then add in the cool water and mix.
• Pour the tea into a pitcher or tall jar to store in the refrigerator until cooled.
