BOW TIES WITH SAUSAGE, TOMATOES AND CREAM

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream image

A friend gave this recipe to me a few years back, and my family can't seem to get enough of it. It sounds strange with cream in it, but that just enhances the flavor and texture. This is a very easy recipe.

To roast the chiles, simply place them in a hot griddle or large skillet, and cook them until all the skin is blackened and blistered. Then place them in a plastic bag to steam them and loosen the skins. To peel them you might want to use rubber gloves to avoid getting your skin irritated.
