Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Bake until knife comes out clean, just under an hour.

- Cook broccoli as directed on package.
- Drain.
- Beat Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt with hand mixer until smooth.
- Stir in broccoli and cheese.
- Pour into souffle or casserole dish.
- Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
- About 1 hr.

This has been a traditional Thanksgiving side dish at our house. I looked forward to this casserole almost as much as the turkey, if not more. Even ones who don't like broccoli will take to this dish.

- Cook broccoli; drain.
- Place broccoli in casserole dish.
- In separate bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, mayo, and egg until blended.
- Pour over broccoli.
- Combine butter and crumbs; sprinkle on top.

CHEESY BROCCOLI PUFFS WITH SRIRACHA MAYONNAISE
A perfect party treat, these tasty little puffs have a little kick of heat you will enjoy with the Sriracha Mayonnaise topping.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Generously grease 24 mini muffin cups with shortening or cooking spray. Cook broccoli as directed on bag for minimum time. Chop broccoli.
- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, crushed red pepper, salt, milk and eggs with whisk or fork until blended. Stir in broccoli and cheese sauce, Parmesan cheese and bacon. Divide mixture evenly among cups. Cups will be full.
- Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and tops are light brown. Cool 5 minutes. With thin knife, loosen sides of puffs from pan; remove to cooling rack.
- Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce in small bowl until smooth. Top each warm puff with mayonnaise mixture; garnish with green onion.

- 1. Cook broccoli until tender; drain. 2. Place in a greased casserole dish (8x8). Mix milk, bisquick, salt, and one cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix with broccoli. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese. 3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.

This dish makes a great Lenten meal, very filling and nutritious. The Bisquick makes its own crust, like magic. Who can resist broccoli and cheese? Extra yummy!

- Beat baking mix, milk, eggs, and salt with hand beater until smooth.
- Stir in broccoli and 1 cup of the cheese.
- Pour mixture into a 5-1/2-cup souffle dish or a 1-1/2-quart casserole that has been buttered.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean--about 1 hour. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
- May substitute 2 (10 oz. ea.) packages frozen corn or frozen spinach for the broccoli.
