BUFFALO-STYLE CELERY STICKS
This is a tasty appetizer that goes nicely with Buffalo-style chicken wings.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, mix 2 ounces each of blue cheese and cream cheese until smooth. With a small spoon or knife, stuff 6 large celery stalks, rinsed and dried, with cheese mixture.
- Crumble another 2 ounces blue cheese on top, and sprinkle lightly with cayenne pepper. Cut stalks in half, if desired.

- Clean and trim celery stalks.
- Mix cream cheese and blue cheese together (leaving 2 tsp of crumbled blue cheese to sprinkle on top).
- Fill celery stalks, sprinkle reserved blue cheese on top.
- Sprinkle stuffed celery with cayenne.
- Keep chilled.

- In a large bowl, mix together chicken, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, celery, onion and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper as needed.
- Wash and dry your celery, and chop into 4-5 inch pieces.
- Fill your celery stalks with buffalo chicken mixture and serve.

CROCK POT BUFFALO CHICKEN CELERY STICKS RECIPE BY TASTY
Time to break out the Crock Pot! For this recipe, buffalo chicken cooks low and slow while you mix up a creamy sauce that includes Ranch and sour cream. When everything's done, pile it all onto crisp, cool celery sticks and you'll have a perfect meal or snack for any time of day. Steps:
- Place chicken in a 3-quart crockpot. Season with salt & pepper. Top with ½ cup hot sauce. Cook on LOW for 4 hours (6 hours if frozen).
- Mix ranch mix, mayo, sour cream and milk in a pint size mason jar. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
- Once chicken is cooked, remove it to a bowl and shred. Add remaining ½ cup hot sauce and mix to incorporate. (Add more or less to achieve desired spice level.) Allow to cool.
- Remove celery stalks from the bunch and rinse well. Cut into 4″ pieces and lay on a platter.
- Stuff celery with buffalo chicken mixture. Drizzle with ¼ cup ranch dressing (stored in mason jar), more hot sauce and dried parsley. Serve immediately or chill for up to 4 hours.
