Campari, Gin, and Orange image

Gin gets a douse of orange from both Campari, a bittersweet aperitif, and Clement Creole Shrubb, a rum-based orange liqueur.

Garnish: orange-peel twists

Steps:

  • Shake gin, Campari, andClement Creole Shrubb in anice-filled cocktail shaker.Strain into 2 martini glasses.Garnish each with a twist.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup Campari
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup gin
1/4 cup (or more) simple syrup
4 orange wheels

Steps:

  • Blend Campari, lemon juice, orange juice, gin, simple syrup, and 6 cups ice in a blender until smooth. Taste and add more simple syrup, if desired. Divide among 4 rocks glasses and garnish with orange wheels.
