This cantaloupe smoothie is combined with vitamin-rich orange juice. Packed full of nutrition and natural sweetness it takes only 5 minutes to make.

2 cups Cantaloupe (cubed )
1 cup Orange juice
1 cup Ice
1/2 cup Coconut milk ((optional) )
1 tbsp Honey ((optional) )

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients except honey to a blender and blend until smooth
  • Taste and adjust sweetness - if necessary add the honey.
  • Pour into individual serving glasses
  • Enjoy!

3 cups ripe cantaloupe, cubed
1 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons sugar (If cantaloupe was not sweet)
Fresh mint leaves

Steps:

  • Step 1
  • Pour all the ingredients into the mixer and give a few pulses until it is completely smooth and there is no large piece of fruit inside.
  • Step 2
  • You can also add a few pieces of an ice cube or sparkling water, which I did not do. Pour the drink into a glass and serve cold.

  • In blender, combine orange juice, yogurt, cubed cantaloupe, sugar, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
  • If desired, sprinkle each serving with wheat germ and garnish with additional cantaloupe.
