1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup chives, chopped

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Put into a buttered 2 quart casserole.
  • Dot with butter.
  • Bake about 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees, until noodles begin to brown.
