CHANYEOL'S SAUSAGE DISH

I saw this mouth melting recipe in The return of superman (a korean TV show) made by Chanyeol from Exo and I tried it and never regretted it

Number Of Ingredients 8

5 -8 normal size sausage or 4 -6 hot dogs
2 -3 tablespoons ketchup
1 medium sized white onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
salt, if needed
pepper (optional)
2 -3 tablespoons oil

Steps:

  • Dice onion and divide the layers of the onion then dice the bell peppers.
  • fry the vegetables seperately.
  • fry sausages seperately.
  • add vegetables to the fried sausage and after 2-4 minutes add in the ketchup and mix and keep on low for a few minutes.
  • and serve on a plate.
