BREAKFAST BURRITOS WITH CHEESE

Steps:
- Wrap the flour tortillas in paper towels and microwave them for 1 minute to make them pliable. Set them aside.
- Crumble the sausage finely into a large skillet over a medium heat and cook until brown, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add the butter to a large nonstick skillet over a medium heat. Beat the eggs in a large bowl with the salt and pepper. When the butter has melted, turn the heat to low and pour in the eggs, then the sausage. Slowly cook the mixture, using a wooden spatula to push it around the skillet, until the eggs are totally cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Place approximately 1/2 cup of the egg and sausage mixture into a warm tortilla, along with a pinch of cheese. Roll up (do not tuck in the ends). Wrap in a foil square and keep warm until ready to serve. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
CHILI DOG BURRITO
Steps:
- Lay tortilla out and place cheese, onion, jalapeno and bacon in center of tortilla evenly, leaving room at each end to tuck in and roll into a burrito. Cut hot dog in half lengthwise, not cutting all the way through, then butterfly the hot dog open and add to burrito. Top with the french fries, Red Chili and sour cream and roll it up burrito style!
- Brown meat in a very large pot, then add the chili beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, granulated garlic, onion, cumin, bouillon, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Stir together and let simmer for 30 minutes.
CHEESE AND HOT DOG BURRITOS
Not gourmet but a way to make a burrito fun for your little one. I know hot dogs may not be healthy eating but when you are going through the picky stage and you find anything they will eat you get creative!

- Heat wieners as directed on package.
- Heat tortillas.
- (nuke in the microwave until warm or flip over in a hot skillet to warm through) Place 1 hot wiener on lower third of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle each wiener with 1/4 cup of the cheese, and about 1 Tbs ketchup or taco sauce.
- Fold in sides and roll up.

- Cut hot dogs in thin slices.
- Cook in small amount of butter until browned.
- Stir in beaten eggs and cook the scrambled eggs as usual. Remove to plate.
- Top with slices of cheese and melt in the microwave for about 20secs.
- Roll up all ingredients in flour tortillas.

HOT CHEETO BURRITO RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: flank steak, taco seasoning, salt, lime juice, avocados, mexican sour cream, flaming hot cheetos, cheddar cheese, canola oil

Steps:
- Cut flank steak into fajita size pieces and place in bowl. Add the taco seasoning, 1 teaspoon lime juice and salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Scoop avocado with a spoon and place in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon lime juice, salt and mash with a fork until soft enough to whisk.
- In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of canola oil and let heat for 30 seconds. Add marinated meat and let cook for 20 minutes, stirring until meat is browned.
- In a small saucepan heat condensed cheddar cheese for 3 minutes, stir throughout.
- On a griddle warm up flour tortilla until soft. Add cooked meat, add half of guacamole, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 bag of hot cheetos, and warm cheddar cheese.
- Wrap burrito up, fold ends in then each corner of the top side until you can roll the top side up.
- Slice in half.
- Enjoy!
BREAKFAST BURRITOS WITH SAUSAGE AND CHEESE
Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. , In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, tomato, onion, chilies and pepper. Add to the skillet; cook and stir until set., Place a cheese slice on each tortilla. Spoon filling off center on each tortilla. Top with salsa and sour cream. Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up.
