1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 bag (25 oz) frozen Italian sausage-filled ravioli
1 1/2 cups frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In sprayed dish, combine pasta sauce and soup; mix well.
  • Add frozen ravioli, and bell pepper and onion stir-fry; stir to coat. Cover with foil.
  • Bake 1 hour. Uncover baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes longer or until casserole is bubbly and cheese is melted.

6 strips bacon, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 c. milk
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 c. baby spinach
3 packages refrigerated ravioli (depending on size of baking dish)
2 c. shredded mozzarella
Torn fresh basil, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook bacon pieces until crispy, 8 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute, then add flour and stir until golden and combined, 1 minute more.
  • Add milk and whisk until combined, then add Parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and let thicken, 2 minutes, then add spinach until wilted, 30 seconds. Set aside.
  • In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce. Top with a layer of ravioli, then top with a layer of mozzarella and another layer of sauce. Continue until you run out of ravioli.
  • Bake until cheese is bubbly and dish is warmed through, 28 to 30 minutes. (Broil the last couple minutes for the cheese to brown.)
  • Garnish with basil and serve.

3 ounces sliced pepperoni (omit for vegetarian version)
1/4-1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place 1/2 of the ravioli in a greased 8x8 glass dish.
  • Pour half of the sauce on and stir until mixed well.
  • Make sure ravioli are spread evenly over dish.
  • Place pepperoni slices in a single layer over ravioli and sauce.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over entire dish.
  • Place remaining ravioli in single layer on top of cheese.
  • Spoon remaining sauce over ravioli, making sure ravioli are well-coated.
  • Place remaining pepperoni in a single layer on top of ravioli and sauce.
  • Sprinkle mozarella over top*.
  • Cover dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  • *If covering with foil, you can keep the cheese from sticking to it by baking dish for 25 minutes before adding mozarella and then baking for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cook ravioli as directed on package, then drain.

1 can crushed tomato
¼ cup fresh basil, divided
2 packages cheese ravioli, cooked according to package instructions
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Melt the butter in a medium pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Salad Supreme, the crushed tomatoes, and half of the basil. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the sauce is slightly thickened, 5 minutes.
