- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine crackers, pretzels, cereal squares, and peanuts in a large bowl. Slowly drizzle oil over cracker mixture and gently stir mixture with your hands until well coated, adding more oil, if necessary.
- Combine barbecue seasoning and paprika in a small bowl. Add to cracker mixture and toss gently until coated. Spread out on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Allow to fully cool before serving or storing.

- In a small saucepan, melted the butter over medium heat then stir in the corn syrup, worchestershire sauce, all of the spices, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes. Immediately pour the hot mixture over the snack mix and stir it all together until all of the snack mixture pieces are well-coated. You want to make sure all of it has been touched by the liquid spice mixture or you'll end up with flavorless pieces. Divide the mix evenly between the 2 baking sheets and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes and rotating the trays top to bottom and front to back each time you stir. Transfer the trays to wire racks and allow the mixture to cool completely before transferring it to a gallon-size zip top bag or resealable container.
