SNICKERS™ CHOCOLATE COOKIE CUPS

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until soft dough forms.
- Shape dough into 36 (1-inch) balls, about 2 teaspoons each; press 1 ball into each of 36 ungreased mini muffin cups. Press 1 Snickers™ minis into center of dough in each cup.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling rack to cool completely. Spoon frosting into decorating bag fitted with star tip. Pipe frosting on top of each cookie cup. Decorate with decors.

- Sprinkle macadamia nuts into 24 greased miniature muffin cups, 1 teaspoon in each. Cut each portion of cookie dough in half; place each half in a muffin cup. , Bake at 325° for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. - In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In a 1 quart glass jar, layer the ingredients in the following order: Flour mixture, walnuts, 1/2 cup of the mini candy coated chocolates, raisins, oats, remaining candies, and brown sugar. Pack down well after each addition and attach a tag with the instructions.
- Enclose a card with the following instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets; 2) In a large bowl, cream together 3/4 cup of butter, 1 egg and 3/4 teaspoon of vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir in the contents of the jar until well blended. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place them 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets; 3) Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

- In a 1 quart wide mouth canning jar, layer dark brown sugar, white sugar, cocoa, chopped pecans, and chocolate chips. Pack everything down firmly before you add flour mixture, it will be a snug fit.
- Attach a tag with the following instructions: Chocolate Cookie Mix in a Jar: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) 2. Empty cookie mix into large bowl. Thoroughly blend mixture with hands. Mix in 3/4 cup softened butter or margarine, 1 egg, slightly beaten, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. - Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda; gradually beat into creamed mixture., Shape dough into 1-in. balls; place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Steps:
- In a large bowl, beat together butter and brown sugar.
- Mix in cream cheese and white sugar until well combined.
- Add flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla until dough is formed.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll cookie doughs into small balls and set aside.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl melt chocolate chips. (Microwave for 60 seconds, check and stir every 15 seconds.)
- Line a muffin tin with lining cups. Spoon the melted chocolate into the bottom of each muffin cup.
- Place the cookie dough balls (slightly flattened) on top of the melted chocolate. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the cookie dough balls. Gently shake the muffin tin to even out the chocolate.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!

- Making the cookie cups: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- With a hand mixer, cream together sugar and butter. Add egg and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine sour cream, salt and soda. Add flour and sour cream to butter mixture, beat until smooth. Add 2-3 TBSP holiday sprinkles and mix just until combined. Scoop dough out using a 2 TBSP cookie scoop and put one in each mini muffin cup. No need to roll the dough to make it smooth- it will all bake the same.
- Bake cookies for 15-18 minutes, making sure they’re not getting too brown at the end. {If they are, pull them out.}
- Right after you take them out, use a small measuring spoon to push into the middle of each cookie cup, creating a space for the fudge filling to go. You don’t want to push through the cookie completely- but make sure you create a big enough space.
