M&M cookies, but we call them the chocolate chipper champs because these beat regular chocolate chip cookies any day. You can subsitute the mini M&M candies for the larger M&M candies. You can also make this into bars or one giant cookie. Have fun.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
2 cups M&M's plain chocolate candy
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix brown sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs in large bowl until well blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, about 3" apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.

1 cup M&M plain chocolate candies
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

heat oven to 350. mix brown sugar, margarine, vanilla and eggs in large bowl until well blended. stir in remaining ingredients. drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 3 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet. press 3 or 4 additional candies in each cookie if desired. bake until light brown, 10-12 minutes. about 2 1/2 dozen cookies
