Steps:

  • Cover marshmallows and cranberries with sugar; chill overnight.
  • Add apples, grapes, walnuts, salt and whipping cream.
  • Chill until ready to serve.

  • Mix together the cranberries and sugar; cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • The next day, combine the cranberry mixture with the pineapple, marshmallows, pecans and whipped cream. Mix well.

3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
5 medium apples, diced
2 medium firm bananas, sliced
1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, undrained
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
3/4 cup fresh strawberries, halved

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine the cranberries, water and sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat until berries pop, about 15 minutes. Remove from the heat; cool slightly., In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add cranberry mixture; stir gently. Refrigerate until serving.

3 egg yolks, beaten
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups halved green grapes
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 jar (10 ounces) red maraschino cherries, drained and sliced
1 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine egg yolks, water, vinegar and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and reaches 160°. Remove from the heat and cool; fold in whipped cream. , In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

1-1/2 cups chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 packages (3 ounces each) orange or lemon gelatin
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups boiling water
1-1/2 cups cold water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 medium navel orange, peeled and diced
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Lettuce leaves

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine cranberries and sugar; set aside. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Stir in the cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves. Cover and chill for 1 hour., Stir in the orange, almonds and cranberry mixture. Pour into a 6-cup ring mold coated with cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set. 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup margarine, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup grated zucchini
1 cup cranberries
½ cup walnut pieces

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Prepare 12 muffin cups with liners.
  • Mix 6 tablespoons flour and brown sugar together in a bowl for topping; cut butter into the flour mixture until you have pea-sized crumbs. Set aside.
  • Beat margarine and white sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat egg and vanilla into the butter mixture.
  • Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a separate bowl; gradually beat into the butter mixture. Fold zucchini, cranberries, and walnuts into the mixture; spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling nearly to the top. Sprinkle reserved topping mixture onto the batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
5 eggs
½ cup amaretto liqueur
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup milk
2 cups chopped cranberries
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup walnuts, chopped
¾ cup white sugar
½ cup amaretto liqueur
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®).
  • Mix yellow cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, amaretto, oil, and milk together in a bowl. Beat using an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Fold in cranberries, coconut, and walnuts. Pour into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 55 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine sugar, amaretto, and butter for glaze in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; continue to boil until sugar is dissolved, 2 to 3 minutes.

  • With electric mixer mix eggs, oil, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until well blended. In separate bowl thoroughly mix flour, cinnamon, soda, salt, allspice, nutmeg, cloves and baking powder. Stir into creamed mixture until blended. Add zucchini, walnuts, raisins, currants and candied fruit. Mix until well blended. Spoon batter into 2 greased and flour dusted pans, each 5x9" or 4.5x8.5". Bake at 325 for 1 hour 10 min or until toothpick inserted comes clean. Let cool in pans on racks. If desired spoon 4T run or brandy over each loaf while still warm. Instead of candied fruit: 2 cups dried fruit coarsely chopped in 1/4 cup brandy. Cook covered for 4-6 minutes.
