- In a large skillet, saute apple slices in 1 teaspoon butter until tender. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, cook and stir the walnuts and honey over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until lightly toasted., In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and cinnamon until smooth. Stir in walnut mixture. Spread over two slices of bread; layer with Muenster cheese, apple slices and remaining bread. Spread remaining butter over the outsides of each sandwich., In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, toast sandwiches for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.

- Lay out the bread slices and spread them both with cream cheese. Lay the apple slices on one piece of bread. Sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar. Press the 2 slices together.
- Butter one side of the sandwich and put it on a hot panini maker butter-side down. Butter the other side, close the lid and cook until it's toasted and warmed through. (If you do not have a panini maker, you can grill the sandwich in a skillet, laying another heavy skillet on top of the sandwich to press it together. Turn to grill the other side in the same way.)
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut in half and serve!

- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, butter and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with apples and cranberries. Arrange bread slices over fruit. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla and remaining cinnamon; pour over bread. Refrigerate, covered, overnight., Preheat oven to 350°. Remove French toast from refrigerator while oven heats.
