CINNAMON CHIP PUMPKIN CAKE RECIPE - (3/5)

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13" x 9" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine cake mix, eggs, water and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl; beat 1-2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in 1/4 cup cinnamon chips and 1/4 cup pecans. Spread batter in prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining cinnamon chips and pecans. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean. Cool in pan at least 15 minutes before serving.

CINNAMON CHIP PUMPKIN MINI MUFFINS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
• Combine cake mix, pumpkin pie mix, and cinnamon chips in a large bowl; mix well with a wooden spoon.
• Scoop mixture into muffin tin, filling each cup 3/4 of the way full.
• Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 17 to 20 minutes.

PUMPKIN APPLE CINNAMON CARAMEL CAKE

Steps:

• 1. Heat oven to 350. Mix cake mix as directed on the box.
• 2. Stir in apple chunks and cinnamon chips. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
• 3. Cook for about 40-45 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes in pan, then turn out onto serving platter.
• 4. Melt caramel with water in microwave until pouring/drizzling consistency. Pour over cooled cake.
