COMPANY PORK TENDERLOIN
A Mr. Food recipe that is DH's favorite for pork tenderloin. The soy sauce total is 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon. I had difficulty entering that as the total amount. Sometimes I make a little more sauce as we like a lot of it. Recipe calls for ground red pepper, but I use white as a matter of preference.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil, then coat with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a measuring cup, combine the sweet-and-sour sauce, soy sauce, and pepper; mix well.
- Place the pork on the baking sheet and pour half the sauce over the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until little pink remains for medium-well, or no pink remains for well-done.
- Slice thinly and serve topped with the remaining sauce.

COMPANY'S COMING CHICKEN
I'm not sure where the name of this dish came from but I grew up eating it. It's simple, easy and filling..and pretty darn good.

Steps:
- Arrange chicken pieces in ungreased 3 quart casserole or small roaster. Spread onion slices over chicken.
- In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken and onions.
- Cover and place in 350 degree oven. Bake for approx 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.

COMPANY'S COMING CARROT PUFF BAKE
Serve this along side of a pork or beef roast or turkey dinner, your guests will rave! if you are making this for a large gathering then make two separate recipes in two baking dishes -- this is also a great way to get kids to eat their veggies :)

Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter a 2-quart baking dish.
- Cook the carrots in a saucepan until fork-tender, about 15 minutes drain VERY well (you might even want to pat dry with a paper towel) cool slightly.
- Place the cooled carrot in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Add in all remaining ingredients; pulse to combine.
- Transfer to baking dish.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until puffed and set.

This is very tasty and have received rave reviews. I serve the liquid from the roast, in a small bowl, to spoon over the meat.

- Place roast, fat side up, in foil lined roasting pan.
- Mix remaining ingredients and brush on all sides of roast.
- Cover with foil and bake at 325°F for 2 1/2 hours basting frequently.
- Uncover the last 45 minutes to brown roast.
COMPANY'S COMING PORK ROAST

- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place roast in shallow roasting pan and roast for 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl mix together Glaze ingredients. Place peach halves in shallow baking dish, cut side up. Sprinkle peaches with combined 2 tablespoons brown sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter.
- Spread Glaze over surface of roast and continue to roast for 20-30 more minutes, until internal temperature, measured with a meat thermometer, reads 155 degrees F.
- Place peaches in oven for 15 minutes to heat through. Remove roast from oven and let rest 10 minutes. Slice roast and serve surrounded by peaches.

- Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.
