This is a quick and easy refreshing pie. It may be served either chilled or frozen! Graham cracker pie crust can be used instead of a baked pie crust.

1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
½ cup water
1 (3 ounce) package lime flavored Jell-O® mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked

Steps:

  • Heat the lemonade and the water to boiling. Add the gelatin and the cream cheese and blend well.
  • Fold in the non-dairy whipped topping.
  • Pour mixture into the pie shell and chill or freeze. It's a breeze!

1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 tsp. lime zest, finely chopped
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Whisk in COOL WHIP until blended. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min. or until mixture is thick enough to mound. Stir in zest.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

½ cup graham cracker
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 oz cream cheese
⅓ cup condensed milk
1 tablespoon heavy cream
3 tablespoons key lime juice
½ teaspoon key lime zest
⅓ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, add ½ a cup of graham crackers, 2 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp unsalted butter. Mix until you get the desired consistency.
  • In an another bowl add 4 oz cream cheese, ½ cup condensed milk and 1 tbsp of heavy milk. Whip thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle 3 tbsps of key lime juice and ½ tsp of key lime zest and mix well.
  • Next, divide your graham cracker equally into 4 jars. Pat this down.
  • Make the layer smooth by pressing softy with your finger.
  • Layer this with your cream cheese mix and tightly close the jars.
  • Refrigerate for one hour.
  • In another bowl, whip ½ cup of heavy cream and 2 tbsp powdered sugar.
  • Top off your jar with the remaining whipped cream and sugar mix.
  • Finally, drizzle crushed graham crackers and key lime zest on the top.
  • Serve cold. Enjoy!

1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix
½ cup cold water
½ cup ice
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

Steps:

  • In large bowl, stir boiling water into gelatin at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice to measure 3/4 cup. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
