GOOD AND SPICY MEATBALLS WITH CORN FLAKES
Found on Kellog's web site and placed on Zaar for safekeeping. Sounds like the basis for a great meal with buttered noodles or rice. An easy sandwich or appetizer for football games too. OAMC adaptable because I am sure this will freeze well. Kelloggs had a 30 minute preparation time which must be inaccurate, so I guess-timated something that seems more reasonable.

Steps:
- In large mixing bowl, combine corn flakes, ketchup and egg.
- Mix in ground beef.
- Shape in 1 1/4-inch meatballs.
- Place in single layer, in shallow baking pan, coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 400° F for 12 minutes or until browned.
- In 4-quart saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
- Simmer over low heat 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add meatballs.
- Continue cooking 15 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except tomato sauce. Shape mixture into 16 meatballs. Place meatballs into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour tomato sauce over the top. Bake for 1 hour.

I got this recipe from my wife's grandmother. These are my absolute favorite. I can eat a whole pan of them by myself.

Steps:
- Mix together corn flakes, ground beef, onion flakes, soy sauce, garlic powder, eggs, and ketchup.
- Roll into small balls.
- Cook on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, then drain grease.
- Mix cranberry sauce, chili sauce, sugar, and lemon juice to make sauce.
- Pour sauce over meatballs and cook for 15-20 minutes more.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl combine, beef, cornflake crumbs, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, and minced onion.
- Blend well.
- Form mixture into meatballs.
- Arrange on a 15 x 10 pan.
- In a medium saucepan combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
- Cook over medium head stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and cranberry sauce is melted.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Mix beef, corn flakes, onions, egg, celery salt and garlic powder. Mix well and shape into 1 inch balls. Brown on all sides in a hot skillet.
- Place meatballs and mushrooms in slow cooker.
- Mix soup, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Stir.
- Reduce heat to low for 3 hours. Remove from slow cooker and allow to cool.
- Place in freezer bag, label and freeze.
- To serve: thaw. Heat until sauce is smooth, hot and bubbly and meatballs are hot. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
