Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
- Lay the crackers face up on a large rack over a baking sheet (or broiler pan). Scoop about 1 teaspoon of the grated Parmesan onto each cracker. Cut the package of bacon in half (or cut pieces individually) and carefully, so the cheese doesn't fall off, wrap each cheese covered cracker with one half piece of bacon, completely covering the cracker. It should fit snugly around the cracker, but not be pulled too taut. Place the bacon-wrapped crackers onto the rack. Place the baking sheet in the oven for about 2 hours. Serve immediately or at room temperature!

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F; line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
- On a floured surface, carefully roll out the sheet of pastry into a 10-by-12-inch rectangle. Dock the pastry all over with the tines of a fork and then brush it with the melted butter. Sprinkle over the manchego and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan. Using the rolling pin, press the cheese into the pastry. Cut the pastry into rounds using a 1 1/2-inch round pastry cutter. Gently press 1 slice of jalapeno into the middle of each round. Transfer to the prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle over the remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan.
- Bake until golden brown and puffed, 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.

- In a 12" cast iron skillet over medium heat, saute the onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno until softened; let cool slightly and reserve.
- Cook bacon on a rimmed baking sheet in the oven until browned and slightly crispy; remove the bacon to a paper-towel-lined plate to cool slightly, then crumble or cut the bacon into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cooked bacon, chopped eggs, cheese, mayo, yogurt, mustard, horseradish, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce; gently fold all ingredients together, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Fold in the reserved veggies.
- Preheat oven broiler to low and place the rack in the center of the oven position. Place the bagel halves onto a baking sheet. Using a 1/4 cup cookie dough scoop, place some of the prepared egg mixture onto each bagel half. Use your fingertips to compact mixture slightly and to secure filling on top of each bagel half.

- Mac and Cheese Bites. Mac and cheese bites require more ingredients than I like in my appetizers, but they’re so good that I had to add them, anyway.
- Mozzarella Sticks. While we’re on the subject of deep-fried deliciousness, I thought I’d go ahead and add mozzarella sticks, as well. Most people are surprised to find out how easy these are to make.
- Velveeta Sausage Dip. You probably have a recipe for this already. In case you don’t, all you’ll need to make this incredible, super addictive dip is Velveeta cheese, sausage, and a can of ROTEL.
- Totchos. Totchos are messy and look like something you’d need an iron stomach to enjoy, but they’re so good. In short, they’re loaded nachos, only made with tater tots instead of chips.
