COSMOPOLITAN WITH GRAND MARNIER®
I've been drinking cosmopolitans for 5 years, and you rarely find a bartender who can make one correctly. My favorite bartender is quitting and has finally let me in on her secret. Grand Marnier. Who'd have thought? I realize it is expensive, but if you want the best, you have to pay for it. This recipe will make an addict out of you. Not so sure that's a good thing - but one thing is for sure - this is the best cosmo you will ever taste in your entire life. Period!

GRAND MARNIER CRANBERRY SAUCE
Here in the Pacific NW we have lots of fresh cranberries around the holidays and this is a must-have at our holiday meals. As a tip, I always put some foil on the bottom of the oven under this dish when I cook it, because it always seems to boil over and make a mess. This way, cleanup is easy.

CRANBERRIES GRAND MARNIER
This is wonderful with turkey, pork roast or any holiday feast. Recipe was repeated in the local Illinois paper Christmas edition year after year in the 1970's. Readers wouldn't stop requesting the recipe. Feel free to use any orange flavored liquor you have or hand. You can't make a mistake with this side dish.

Add 3 cups cranberries; cook until mixture boils and cranberries begin to pop but still hold shape, about 5 minutes. Mix in remaining 2 cups cranberries. Chill topping at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Release pan sides from torte. Transfer torte to platter. Spoon topping over filling. If desired, garnish torte with white chocolate curls.
GRAND MARNIER CRANBERRY POUND CAKE
This is a bit different than the usual pound cakes I've prepared. The combination of cranberries and orange liqueur is incredible. -Kathy Hunter, Woodland, Washington
