BAKED CREAM CHEESE SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE
You probably have everything you need to make this pasta dish in your pantry right now. This can be made ahead of time and baked when you are ready. I love these kind of dishes. The pasta was really creamy and wonderful!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.
- Drain spaghetti and place in a bowl. Add cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Stir until cream cheese is melted and spaghetti is thoroughly coated. Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking pan; put spaghetti on top and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil a 9×13 baking dish or coat with nonstick spray. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef and onion and cook until beef has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Drain excess fat. Stir in crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, parsley and red pepper flakes; season with salt and pepper, to taste. In a small bowl, whisk together cream cheese and sour cream. Add pasta to the prepared baking dish and layer with cream cheese and beef mixture; sprinkle with cheeses. Place into oven and bake until bubbly and heated through, about 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350ºF and bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta according to packaging directions, or until al dente, then drain and set aside. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat and sauté onion until softened and translucent. 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then add minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up into small pieces, until browned on all sides. Pour in crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, then add basil, oregano and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes, or until somewhat thickened. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream together until combined. Place drained pasta in a large baking dish and spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the pasta. Top with beef and tomato sauce, then sprinkle cheeses evenly over the top. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. Remove from oven and serve hot.
