10-Minute Garlic Noodles image

A flavorful takeout dish made with just 7 ingredients and 10 minutes! You will love it on its own or served with chicken, shrimp or pork.

8 oz. spaghetti noodles
7 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to instructions on the box. Drain and keep warm.
  • In a large skillet, heat up olive oil. Add butter and let melt.
  • Add minced garlic and saute, stirring often. Watch it so it won't burn. It should be golden after 3 to 4 minutes. If you burn it, it will be bitter.
  • Turn off the heat under the skillet. Add soy sauce and sesame oil into the pan. Stir.
  • Add noodles and toss everything together.
  • Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese.

8 ounces uncooked thin spaghetti
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons butter, divided
6 ounces fat-free cream cheese, cubed
3 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
3 tablespoons fat-free milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
4-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute garlic in 1 tablespoon butter for 1 minute. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, pepper and remaining butter. Cook and stir over low heat just until smooth (do not boil). 2/3 cup light sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Fill a pot with water and prepare egg noodles according to package directions until cooked. Drain the noodles.
  • While the pasta is cooking, stir together the sour cream, garlic powder, and the Parmesan cheese in a bowl and set aside.

8 oz uncooked spaghetti (225 grams)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (30 ml)
1 head garlic
1 1/4 cups low-fat milk (300 ml)
1 tbsp all-purpose flour (8 grams)
1 tsp dried oregano (1 gram)
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley (8 grams)
pinch sea salt
dash black pepper

Steps:

  • Fill a stock pot with cold water, a little over half ways, season generously with sea salt and heat it with a high heat
  • In the meantime, remove the cloves from a head of garlic, take the skins off the cloves and roughly chop the garlic, finely chop a handful of fresh parsley
  • Once the water comes to a boil, add in 8 oz of uncooked spaghetti, mix it around to it´s fully coated in the boiling water, cook until al dente (check package instructions)
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat a fry pan with a medium heat and add in 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, after 1 minute add in the chopped garlic, mix with the olive oil, after another minute add in 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, mix continuously and cook for 2 minutes, then add in 1 tsp dried oregano and 1 1/4 cups milk, once again mix continuously until the mixture thickens up, about 4 minutes, then turn off the heat and season with sea salt & black pepper
  • Once the spaghetti is cooked al dente, drain into a colander, shake off any excess water, add the cooked spaghetti into the pan with the creamy sauce, along with 2 tbsp of the finely chopped parsley, mix together until well mixed
  • Trasfer into shallow bowls and serve at once, enjoy!

3 cups chicken broth, or more as needed

2 green onions
6 cloves garlic

1 ½ tablespoons chili paste
1 teaspoon garlic chili crisp
1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons olive oil
2 Tablespoon garlic paste or 4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons butter
3 Cups of chicken stock (24 ounces)
1/2 pound thin spaghetti or angel hair pasta
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded (as shown in photos) + additional for topping
3/4 cup heavy cream
Salt & Pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a large pot or dutch oven, heat oil over medium low heat.
  • Add in garlic and saute for 1 - 2 minutes or until garlic is fragrant, do not burn.
  • Add butter and continue stirring until butter melts.
  • Add chicken stock and raise heat to medium high bringing stock to a boil.
  • Once broth is at a boil add noodles. You can add them whole or break them in half and add them.
  • Cook pasta for the length of time the package directs you to.
  • Pasta will absorb almost all of the broth.
  • When pasta is cooked through, remove from heat.
  • Add Parmesan and stir until cheese is melted and noodles are cheesy.
  • Add in heavy cream and mix well. Salt and pepper according to your tastes or as needed.
  • Serve immediately. Top with more cheese!!
