1 (10-ounce) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
1 (12-ounce) package frozen medium cooked, thawed, peeled, deveined shrimp
1/3 cup dried bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter melted
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning *

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  • Combine Alfredo sauce, half & half, Parmesan cheese and pepper in bowl. Add cooked pasta mixture and shrimp; gently stir to combine.
  • Spoon mixture into greased 2-quart round casserole. Cover; bake 40 minutes.
  • Toss together bread crumbs, butter and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over pasta mixture. Continue baking, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.

2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pounds large uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
Hot cooked noodles or rice

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add broth and garlic. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat. Stir in the cream, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper., Butterfly shrimp, by cutting lengthwise almost in half, but leaving shrimp attached at opposite side. Spread to butterfly. 2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1 1/2 pounds raw, deveined peeled medium shrimp
1/2 cup chicken broth
6 ounces philadelphia cream cheese, cubed, three quarters of an 8 ounce package
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • 1. cook pasta in a large pan as directed on package, adding shrimp to the boiling water for the last three minutes.
  • 2. Meanwhile, heat broth in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cream cheese, lemon zest and juice. Cook, stirring for 3 to 4 minutes or until the cream cheese is melted. Drain the pasta mixture. Add to creamed sauce with Parmesan. Mix well.
  • 3. Top with mozzarella, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the mozzarella is melted. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes six servings

This is an easy and delicious casserole that can be served with just about anything. It's great for potlucks. I sometimes throw in a 4 oz can or diced green chilies or add 1/2 cup of pepper jack cheese for a little zip. Or you can add one-half of a 10 oz pkg of frozen chopped spinach, very well drained. If you use spinach, add 1/4 tsp nutmeg to cheese mixture. Added later: I tried Linda's suggestion and put the cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and garlic through the food processor first and I think it is a definite improvement on my recipe. I used tri-colored farfalle (bow ties) and added 1 c sauteed mushrooms. Best yet!

1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt

2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 c sour cream
1 c green onions sliced tops included
1 1/4 c chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomato '/sliced
dill weed or parsley sprigs for garnish
or tomato slices

Steps:

  • 1. drop shrimp intoboiling salted water. reduce heat and simmer for 5 min.drain and rinse with cold water
  • 2. cook noodles as directed on package and drain.
  • 3. combine noodles with soup,sour cream, bell pepper ,onions ,dried dill weed,salt & pepper
  • 4. cut 1/4 of the shrimp into thirds and fold cut shrimp and cheese into noodles mixture
  • 5. spoon into a shallow baking dish. cover thightly with foil paper and bake at 350* for 20 min.

Return the water to a full rolling boil over high heat, and stir in the noodles. Cook until the noodles are tender, about 8 minutes; drain in a colander set in the sink. 3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir the flour into the butter to make a paste. Remove the pan from the heat; slowly whisk in the milk and cream until smooth.
