DIRTY BANANA RECIPE

Steps:

• Combine ice, dark rum, Kahlua, cafe liqueur, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, and banana in a blender.
• Blend until thick and creamy. Pour into 2 small glasses or 1 large glass.
• Top with whipped cream before serving. Sprinkle lightly with cocoa powder, if desired.

BANANA RUMMMM CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®).
• Mix bananas, eggs, vegetable oil, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup banana liqueur, and 1/4 cup rum together in a bowl until smooth. Beat in cake mix and pudding mix, scraping sides down as needed, until batter is smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
• Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
• Bring sugar, butter, and 1/4 cup water to a boil in a saucepan 15 minutes before the cake is done. Stir in 1/4 cup banana liqueur and 1/4 cup rum until glaze is well mixed. Pour glaze into a glass measuring cup.
• Remove cake from oven and pour glaze around the sides of the cake while it is still in the pan; let soak for 30 minutes. Invert cake onto a platter.

Steps:

• Place the rums, banana liqueur, and fruit juices into a cocktail shaker with ice.
• Shake well to combine.
• Pour into a large glass filled with ice.
• Garnish with cherries and orange slices.

DIRTY BANANA - JAMAICAN RECIPE

Steps:

• Leave the skin on the banana, and cut one slice out of it. This is your garnish. Cut a slit up to the middle of it and then put it aside. Now peel the rest of the banana and break it into pieces.
• Add all ingredients, apart from the coffee liqueur, (and your banana slice garnish) into a blender and blitz until the sound of the ice cracking stops.
• Pour the mix into a Hurricane glass, then pour the coffee liqueur over the top so it filters down through the cocktail. If it continues to sit on the surface, give it a slight stir to help it dissipate, but not enough to blend it fully in.
• Garnish with the slice of banana placed on the side of the glass, and finish with a good pinch of nutmeg scattered over the top of the drink.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
• Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl.
• Mix bananas, brown sugar, butter, eggs, almond extract, and amaretto together in a separate bowl. Add flour mixture; mix just until flour is incorporated, about 1 minute. Transfer mixture to the prepared loaf pan.
• Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Let cool before serving, about 30 minutes.
