1 (10-ounce) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
1 (12-ounce) package frozen medium cooked, thawed, peeled, deveined shrimp
1/3 cup dried bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter melted
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning *

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  • Combine Alfredo sauce, half & half, Parmesan cheese and pepper in bowl. Add cooked pasta mixture and shrimp; gently stir to combine.
  • Spoon mixture into greased 2-quart round casserole. Cover; bake 40 minutes.
  • Toss together bread crumbs, butter and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over pasta mixture. Continue baking, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.

3 cups wide egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms,
drained (optional)
1 cup crushed buttery round crackers
1 tablespoon cold butter, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • . Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 3-quart casserole dish. 2. Fill a large pot with water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in the shrimp, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook the shrimp until opaque and bright pink, about 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp to a bowl with a slotted spoon. Return the water to a full rolling boil over high heat, and stir in the noodles. Cook until the noodles are tender, about 8 minutes; drain in a colander set in the sink. 3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir the flour into the butter to make a paste. Remove the pan from the heat; slowly whisk in the milk and cream until smooth. MAKE AHEAD: The recipe can be prepared through Step 4 and placed in the refrigerator overnight. Let stand at room temperature for about 20 minutes before proceeding to the next step. WINE: Spanish white wines with their bright citrus flavors will complement the shrimp and creaminess here and still hold up to the spices. Look for a Spanish wines like the Sierra Cantabria White 2003 or the 2004 Rias Baixas Bodegas Terras Gauda Albarino 'Abadia de San Campo'.

1/4 cup dry sherry

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
fresh ground pepper
hot sauce or cayenne pepper, to taste
4 cups small oyster crackers
1/4 teaspoon sweet Hungarian paprika or 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Butter a 3 1/2-quart casserole dish. Arrange shrimp in a single layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine cream, sherry and shrimp shells with a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 25 minutes. Remove from stove and strain through a coarse sieve set over a large glass measuring cup or bowl; should yield about 2 1/2 cups.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet. Add scallions and cook over moderate heat, stirring, for about 3 minutes. Add the shrimp cream to the skillet and simmer until reduced (2 cups, about 5 minutes).
  • Pour the cream sauce into a bowl and stir in lemon juice and Worcestershire. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce or cayenne; let cool until tepid. Season shrimp with salt and pepper and pour cream sauce over them.

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (14.75 oz.) cream-style corn
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained, coarsely chopped
1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
1 egg, beaten

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
