Steps:

- Preheat the air fryer to 350 F / 180 C.
- Wash the okra and pat dry.
- Remove the ends of the okra, but do not cut into it.
- In a bowl, beat the egg.
- In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, paprika, oregano, coriander and salt.
- Then, dip the okra into the egg wash and let some of the excess drip off.
- next dip the okra into the panko mixture, turning over until well coated. Set coated okra aside on a tray or plate and continue until done.
- Place okra in a single layer inside the air fryer basket and cook for 5-6 mins per side. Use tongs to turn and cook for an additional 5-6 mins until done (bigger and tougher okra may take a little longer).

- Stir together cornmeal, flour, garlic powder, paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of the salt in a shallow dish. Whisk together egg and water in a separate shallow dish.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, dip half of the okra in egg mixture; remove okra, letting excess drip off, and transfer to cornmeal mixture, tossing to fully coat. Transfer coated okra to a plate. Repeat process using remaining okra.
- Lightly coat air fry basket with cooking spray. Add okra to basket in a single layer; coat generously with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown and crispy, 12 to 14 minutes, tossing okra and coating with additional cooking spray halfway through cook time.
- Remove okra from basket; sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Serve immediately with barbecue sauce.

- Whisk egg in a shallow bowl, in another bowl combine breadcrumbs, salt and pepper together.
- Dip cut okra pieces into egg, then cover in breadcrumbs so it is coated well.

- Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees.
- Set out 2 medium bowls and 1 small bowl. Fill a medium bowl with flour, the small bowl with the eggs, and the remaining medium bowl with the cornmeal, breadcrumbs, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Take turns dipping each piece of okra into the flour mixture, then the eggs, then the cornmeal mixture coating it on all sides each time. I use a fork to bread them faster.
- Place the breaded okra in the air fryer and spritz them with a little oil, then cook for 7 to 8 minutes until golden brown on the outside.
- Remove the okra from the air fryer enjoy!

AIR FRYER OKRA RECIPE
Steps:
- Wash okra in Kitchen Colander and pat dry it. Remove the caps and tails of the okra. Cut all the okra into 1/2 to 1 inch piece. Keep in a Bowl and Set aside.
- TIP : To avoid sliminess of the fresh okra, I normally cut it in advance and let air-dry it for few hrs.
- Preheat Air fryer at 390*F for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile Take 3 Mixing Bowls. In 1st bowl, add EGG + 2 tsp Water and mix both lightly. In 2nd bowl, add Corn Meal + All Purpose flour + Cajun Seasoning. Mix well with a fork.
- Make an assembly line and place the bowl with egg + bowl with dry flour mixture + bowl with cut okra in a line.
- Now toss okra into the egg mixture, then transfer the okra in batches to the flour cornmeal mixture. Lightly shake off excess flour and transfer to lightly greased Air Fryer Basket.
- Spray gently with Cooking Spray on top of the breaded okra. Air fry for 15 minutes until golden, shaking the basket twice during cooking. Spray with more oil as needed so all the floury dry spots are covered.
- Serve it warm with Spicy Ranch or Buffalo Ranch Dip.
- Mix Ranch dressing & Buffalo sauce till it comes together. DONE!
