24 oz cherry cola ((2-12 oz cans) or regular cola)
1 tablespoon seasoned meat tenderizer
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Salt and Pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Place your chicken in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker
  • Sprinkle your seasonings on top of your chicken
  • Pour in your cherry cola
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, use a meat thermometer to tell when your chicken reaches safe internal temperature

2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Mix the 2 cans of soup , 1 cup of milk, and Italian seasonings together in crock pot.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Place chicken breasts into mixture.
  • Turn crock pot on low and let cook for about 6-7 hours. **Can be prepared quicker by turning crock pot on high**.

This super easy crockpot chicken is one of the easiest ways you'll ever cook a chicken. This is the juiciest, most flavorful rotisserie style chickens I've ever had!

1 chicken, 3 - 4 lbs
1 cup chicken broth/water
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 - 2 tsp parsley, dried
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
as desired, salt and pepper
2 celery stalks or carrots *optional

Steps:

  • Pat dry the chicken with some kitchen paper (paper towel)
  • Season the chicken with the paprika, garlic and onion powder, parsley, salt and pepper, and poultry seasoning if using
  • Optional step: Take the celery or carrots and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker bowl as a 'rack' for the chicken to sit on.
  • Add the chicken broth / water to the slow cooker bowl
  • Place the seasoned chicken in the bowl, resting on the vegetables if you used them.
  • Cover with the lid and cook on high for 4 - 5 hours. Test your chicken at the 4 hour mark with a thermometer in the thigh area. When the juices run clear and the chicken reaches 165F, the chicken is done.
  • Remove the chicken carefully and let it rest, tented with foil. If you are making a gravy with the drippings, now is the time to do so.
  • Let the chicken rest 10 minutes, and then carve! Enjoy!

1 whole chicken
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup carrot, chopped
2 tablespoons fat free sodium free chicken broth
1 tablespoon ground thyme
1 tablespoon rosemary
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix, Original Blend

Steps:

  • Remove giblets from chicken or use them if you like. Wash the chicken and place it backside down in the crock pot. Sprinkle all ingredients into the crock pot covering the chicken. Add water until the crock pot is almost full. Cover and set your crock pot to cook on Low 8-10 hours.
  • When you arrive home in the evening, your chicken will be falling off the bones in your crock pot. If desired, use salt and/or pepper to season the broth to your taste preferences. Make some rice (Instant is fine) as a side dish.
  • Spoon the chicken and vegetables out of the crock pot carefully removing ALL the bones. Serve your juicy tasty chicken and veggies over your rice.
  • Strain and save the unused broth from your crock pot for your next homemade stew (you'll have about 3 quarts of broth).

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 large chicken breasts)
2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup butter (cubed, 75 grams)
8 ounces cream cheese (cubed, room temperature, 1 full brick)
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
400 grams penne pasta (4 cups)
3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (divided)
Fresh diced parsley (optional, for garnish)

Steps:

  • Butterfly the chicken breasts into even thickness fillets. Lightly grease the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker, and lay the chicken breast fillets on the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper to taste (if desired).
  • Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, cubed butter, cream cheese, and the spices on top of the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 3 hours, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reads 165 F on an instant read thermometer. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker, and set aside. Once it is cool enough to handle, use two forks to shred it.
  • Mix the sauce well to combine it (make sure the cream cheese has fully melted and mixed through). Then add in 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese and the pasta. Stir, cover and cook on HIGH for another 30 minutes, adding the shredded chicken back in after 20 minutes of the 30 minutes cook time.
  • Once the pasta has reached your desired level of doneness, garnish it with the remaining parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve warm.
