- Place the London broil in a slow cooker; add the garlic, mushroom soup, water, basil, oregano, and salt; cover; cook on low 6 to 7 hours.

- 1. Place London Broil in Slow cooker.
- 2. Spread Onion Soup Mix evenly on top of London Broil.
- 3. Quarter Onions Place On Top Of Meat.
- 4. Cut Celery On Angle Put On Top Of Onions.
- 5. Cut Carrots On Angle Place on Top Of Celery.
- 6. Cut Potatoes In Quarters Place On Top Of Carrots.
- 7. Pour 2 Cans (14-1/2ozs) Of Fat Free- Low Sodium Beef Broth On Top.
- 8. Place Slow Cooker Lid And Cook On Low for 8hrs.
- Serve London Broil And Vegetables Over Egg Noodles.
CROCK POT LONDON BROIL AND GRAVY
I sooo love this gravy, its the best i have put together!! I also prefer to use London Broil meat above all else due to it is sooo tender and doesnt have alot of fat. I hope you enjoy this as much as I have. I have also used Beef Tips or Stew Beef and do it the same as London Broil and make with rice. I had to do it a different way due to my grandfather not eating mushrooms, so I put the meat in a bowl, and strained out the mushrooms so he would eat it. The next day I recieved a phone call from him telling me that was the best meat and gravy he has had since 1942. So I am taking that as he loved it? Thanks, and have a great day!

- Put a crock pot back in your crock pot, rinse your meat and place it in the crock pot.
- Mix all your soups together and add your salt pepper and garlic and pour over your meat.
- Cook on low for approx 6-8 hrs. Or high for about 4-6 Depends on how fast or slow your pot cooks.
- Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes and its the best gravy and meat you have ever had.
CROCK POT LONDON BROIL
- Place London Broil in crock pot.
- Slice onions and peppers into rings and place on top of London Broil.
- Top all with stewed tomatoes.
- Pour wine over tomatoes (if using).
- Cook on low 8-10 hours.
