1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce {18 oz.}
6 oz. Coca-Cola

Steps:

Slice Kielbasa into round pieces approx. ¼ inch - ⅓ inch thick Place sliced Kielbasa pieces in Crockpot In small mixing bowl, combine BBQ Sauce and Coke, and stir well. Pour sauce mixture over Kielbasa in Crockpot. Cook on LOW for 2.5 hours, or until hot. Serve with toothpicks as a delicious appetizer or party treat! YUM!

1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 cup ketchup
1/3 to 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Hot cooked rice, optional

Steps:

In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. If desired, serve over rice.

3 pounds beef rump roast
½ cup Coca Cola
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup orange juice
½ cup molasses
2 cups ketchup
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon garlic salt
dash red pepper flakes

Steps:

Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Place roast in slow cooker.
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-9 hours or high for 5 hours.
When finished, slice roast and pour extra sauce on top.
