Crockpot Mini Doughnut Toasted Cheerios Recipes

MINI DOUGHNUT HOT BUTTERED CHEERIOS

Steps:

• In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
• In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat; add vanilla and stir to combine.
• Stir in the Cheerios, coating evenly in butter. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cereal is lightly toasted.
• Remove from heat and pour the cinnamon-sugar mixture over Cheerios; toss well to coat evenly.
• Allow to cool completely, serve, and enjoy!

• In large microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 45 seconds or until melted. Stir in vanilla. Add cereal; mix well.
• Microwave uncovered on High 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir in sugar and cinnamon; toss well to coat. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

CROCKPOT MINI DOUGHNUT TOASTED CHEERIOS

Steps:

• Add Cheerios to the bowl of a slow cooker/crockpot.
• Slice butter into small pats/pieces and scatter them all over the top of the cereal. Drizzle with the vanilla extract.
• Cover with lid and set to high with a timer set to 3 hours.
• Stir every 30 -45 minutes. You want to keep the bottom Cheerios from burning.
• Once the timer is done, add sugar and cinnamon to cereal in slow cooker bowl; toss well to coat.
