2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ teaspoon mustard powder

Steps:

  • Place eggs in a pot of salted water. Bring the water to a boil, and let eggs cook in boiling water until they are hard boiled, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Drain eggs, and let cool.
  • Cut eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and mash them together in a small mixing bowl. Mix in the paprika, mayonnaise, and dry mustard. Spoon mixture into the egg whites; cool and serve.

6 large hard-boiled eggs
salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons real mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
2 diced gherkins
1 sliced jalapeno
paprika

Steps:

  • Peel shells off cooled hard-boiled eggs; slice into halves lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks from whites and place in a small round bowl.
  • Mash yolks with a fork into fine pieces.
  • Add 2 heaping tablespoons Mayonnaise, yellow mustard, diced gherkins and finely chopped jalapeno (seeds removed), and salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Stir mixture until creamy.
  • Spoon mixture into a zip-lock sandwich bag; seal bag and snip off one corner of the bag.
  • Squeeze mixture out of corner of bag into egg white halves.
  • Sprinkle tops of filled deviled eggs with paprika.
  • Chill in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours or until cold before serving.

3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper (to taste)
paprika (for garnish)

Steps:

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Reduce the heat to low (or off) to ensure the water is no longer boiling or has bubbles and use a skimmer to place the eggs in the water. Then increase the heat back to high and set a timer for 14 minutes.
  • While the eggs are boiling prepare an ice water bath and set aside. After 14 minutes, remove the eggs from the water and place in the ice water bath.
  • Once the eggs have cooled completely, peel them and slice in half lengthwise. Remove the yolk to a small bowl with a spoon and place the egg whites on a plate.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir everything together until it's smooth.
  • Use a spoon to add a portion of the deviled egg mixture back into the hole of each egg white. Sprinkle on paprika for garnish.

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Smoked Spanish paprika, for garnish

Steps:

  • Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with enough water that there's 1 1/2 inches of water above the eggs. Heat on high until water begins to boil, then cover, turn the heat to low, and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and leave covered for 14 minutes, then rinse under cold water continuously for 1 minute.
  • Crack egg shells and carefully peel under cool running water. Gently dry with paper towels. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, removing yolks to a medium bowl, and placing the whites on a serving platter. Mash the yolks into a fine crumble using a fork. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

Steps:

  • Place eggs in a medium saucepan; add cold water to cover by 1 inch. Bring to a rolling boil. Remove pan from heat; cover, and let stand 7 minutes. Drain, and run eggs under cold water to cool.

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
6 large lettuce leaves
16 pimento stuffed olives
1 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles

Steps:

  • Hard boil the eggs.
  • Gently crack the eggs against a hard surface, then carefully peel off the shells.
  • Slice each egg in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks, and put them in a small bowl.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork until they are crumbly.
  • Add mayonnaise and blend.
  • Carefully fill the empty egg whites with yolk mixture.
  • Cover a platter with lettuce leaves, setting a leaf or two aside for garnish.
  • Arrange the egg halves, yolk side down, on the leaves. These are your mice.
